Data we process
Workspace account information, asset records, maintenance logs, billing metadata, uploaded files, and audit events needed to operate the service.
Why we process it
To provide tenant-safe QR workflows, maintenance recordkeeping, billing administration, authentication, support, and platform security.
Access controls
EquiptVault is designed around tenant isolation, role-based access, and audit visibility. Platform admins should not use support tooling to bypass least-privilege controls casually.
Retention
Operational records and audit trails should be retained only as long as needed for service delivery, compliance, and dispute resolution.
