Service scope
EquiptVault is a software platform for managing tenant-safe equipment records, QR access workflows, maintenance logs, and subscription-backed workspaces.
Account responsibility
Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials, managing technician access, and removing users who should no longer access the workspace.
Billing
Paid plans renew according to the active Stripe subscription unless canceled or changed through the supported billing path.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to store unlawful content, attack other systems, bypass tenant isolation, or impersonate service history that did not happen.
